SEALED SEED
Before entries open, the draw seed is generated server-side and its fingerprint (hash) is published. Nobody — including us — can steer the result after that.

Every entry is written to an auditable ledger: who, when, how many entries, from which task or ticket.
REPRODUCIBLE DRAW
The draw runs from the sealed seed over the closed ledger. Seed, method and result get published together.
